My computer has become very slow. I keep downloading things like lava soft adware remover, cc cleaner, free antivirus remover. I think these things are just making it slower. I am willing to buy a program, but which is the best for my situation?
How do I improve my RAM and do I still need the lava soft ad ware program? I am sorry for the stupidity, but I know nothing about computers.

I have done a few things but the videos on utube go to fast with instructions and I cannot keep up (top 5 procedures please)
