How do I get my computer to its normal speed?
My computer speed is just little show and when I download music the music seems to kind of go up and down when playing, how do I get it back to its normal speed, it had been doing over the pass few days now?

You have not mentioned the type of operating system you are using and the system configuration. Hence I am giving some suggestions in general:
1. First of all make sure your computer is not infected with any virus. Scan the system with a good antivirus software.
2. Disable unwanted services that are running in the background. If you are using Windows Xp visit this link: http://www.theeldergeek.com/services_guide.htm
If your os is Windows Vista then visit this: http://www.speedyvista.com/services.php
3. Remove unwanted / unnecessary programs from the windows start-up list. These are the programs automatically starts when windows boots up and stays in the system tray consuming youe system resources.
following are links to some free startup managers.

4. Set the page file to a fixed size instead of the default system set size. Generally it is 1.5 times the memory(RAM) size. It is even better to allot an exclusive drive for a pagefile.
5. Defragment your harddisk. You can use the default windows defragmenter, but I recommend to use Diskeeper pro or O&O defrag for this.
6. Increase the amount of RAM if it is less depending upon the system cofiguration.
7. Optimise the performace settings to "best performance " instead of the default settings. In windows xp, right click my computer, navigate to properties, advanced, performance and then select "best performance".
8. Turn off System restore and windows firewall.
Install a PC maintenance and optimization program to speed up your computer and get your system registry a repair. If you don’t have your own choice of such a program, you may try Glary Registry Repair. I use it and feel it good.
