How do I speed up my computer. I have removed some programs from the startup tray, but it did not help much.?

I also ran MSCONFIG to uncheck any other programs for startup.
Any advice on what i can do to make my computer run faster?

    Download reg clean for free.
    It can clean your computer and restore your system to optimum performance.
    It works very well for me.
