   1- First get CCleaner cleans all the clutter in your temps and such (free)
   2- Then make sure you have 1/3 of your hard drive free, You sould never be filling up your drive too much….get externeal drive and store all you pic , movies ,mp3 there…
   3- Use anti spy ware program and anti virus.(spy bot , AVG, adaware, Windows defender ALL FREE !!!! )
   4- GET MORE RAM because it will speed up your PC
   That’s it give a shot , I might have left something out but that will get you the fastest your PC will go..
   Oh and you can try Overclocking but if your cooling is’nt great you can damage your computer……Mat
